Insurance & Payment

Our office is in-network with Delta Dental Premier and PPO, all other insurances would be out-of-network. We do not accept any Medicaid plans. We gladly accept cash, check, debit, and HSA/FSA cards with no fee, and all major credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge.
